USC Department of Ophthalmology 45th Annual Symposium

This program will focus on providing the attendee an update on the latest aspects of ophthalmic best practices across the field, research updates regarding recently approved therapists for ophthalmic disease, and research updates regarding pipeline therapists that may soon be available.

1. Identify and discuss the most recent techniques in the management of ocular conditions
2. Apply current research findings to better diagnose and manage patient with a variety of ocular diseases in the general ophthalmology clinic
3. Examine the benefits of preventative medicine in the management of degenerative ocular disease
4. Appreciate the rationale for recent efforts used to attempt to mitigate the severity of or to regenerate the function that is lost due to degenerative ocular diseases

The Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California designates this Live Activity activity for a maximum of 7.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Cancellations must be received by the USC Office of CME (fax or email) by June 8, 2021, 12:00 pm PDT for a refund. In support of health care professionals' need for flexibility during COVID-19, cancellation fees are waived for a full refund. 

In the event of course cancellation by conference organizers, all registration fees will be fully refunded.
